This is the perfect blend of protein, carbs, fat, and calories.

I use this snack for both pre and post-workout. I either use it one hour before my workouts, or one hour after my workout.

I first chop up 1/2 the banana and mix it with the granola (1/2 cup) and yogurt (1 cup).

Then I top it off with about 1 tbsp. of organic honey.

Here are the brands that I use. I aim for all-natural and/or organic.

Yogurt: Fage 0% Fat
Granola: Nature Valley High Protein
Banana: Any brand will do
Honey: Make sure it’s organic

Again, this is a fast and super-healthy snack packed with a good blend of macro nutrients.
