I use this snack for both pre and post-workout. I either use it one hour before my workouts, or one hour after my workout.

Power Shake Recipe:

1 scoop of Blue Star Whey Protein
2 tbsp of GNC Powdered Peanut Butter
½ Banana
2 tsp of Honey
8 oz of 1% Milk or Almond Milk
2 good squirts of Hershey’s chocolate syrup

Calories: 450 // Carbs: 24g  // Protein: 42g // Fat: 7g

Again, this is a fast and super-healthy snack packed with a good blend of macro nutrients.
